Zerava Return Policy
At Zerava, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our returns process clear and straightforward. Please review the details below to understand eligibility, timelines, and procedures for returns and refunds.
This policy complies with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Standard Returns Window: Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Hygiene Clause: For hygiene reasons, Chambers, Sunbed's massage chairs or any product with pet hair, dirt, or visible signs of use cannot be accepted.
  • Custom & Special Orders: Products manufactured or configured to customer specifications (e.g., pressure settings, color selections, logos, interior finishes, seating layouts, accessories) are considered custom-made goods and are:
    • Non-refundable
    • Not eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced or payment has been confirmed
This is in accordance with:
  • Article 103(c): Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Article 103(e): Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed

Return Charges
In line with company policy customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form on the website and include the following details:

  • Delivery Address*
  • Order Number*
  • Purchase Date*
  • Reason for Return*
  • Additional Comments (optional)
Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you within 2 business days with further instructions. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and collection date.

Return Addresses
Please contact us for return Addresses, Zevara has multiple locations in the Uk & EU to return your product.
Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package to help us process your return efficiently.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, and a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take up to 5 additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
