Well, the chair is amazing, that goes without saying, but what really made an impression was the delivery service. They turned up when they said they would, nothing was too much of a problem and there was no fuss taking the chair down a narrow side alley and into the back garden to go through the patio doors. They explained the product in full and even took away the packaging for me. I’m super grateful and I’d recommend these guys highly. Service was A++!
