Shipping policy

At Zerava, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. We work with trusted third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services to deliver our products. By placing an order with Zerava, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Delivery Options
We offer two main delivery services. Standard Doorstep Delivery ensures your order is brought directly to your doorstep within three to five working days via our courier partners. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. For deliveries above the ground floor, please ensure that there is lift access. If no lift is available, you may be asked to assist with lifting the product to your doorstep. Please share any specific delivery instructions with us before placing your order.

For Massage Chairs, we also provide a Room of Choice Delivery service. With this option, our professional two-person delivery team will bring your chair to the room you choose, install it, and provide a full product demonstration. If needed, the sides of the chair will be removed and reassembled to fit through doorways, as long as the minimum width of 68cm is available. Depending on your location, a delivery fee will apply, though this service is free for qualifying chair purchases over £1,999. For all other products, including body massagers and accessories, delivery normally takes three to five working days.

Shipping Costs, Customs, and VAT
Shipping costs vary depending on the item’s weight, size, and destination, and are always calculated individually. VAT and import duties are not included in the product price. For international orders, including those within the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees are set by your local authorities and must be paid by you upon delivery. Customs processing times vary and may result in delays beyond our control, and Zerava cannot be held responsible for such delays or additional charges. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect delivery details, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any associated costs.

Shipping Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer. Zerava is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events, or for issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping provider. We strongly recommend that you retain your tracking number and contact the carrier promptly if any issue arises.

Packaging and Gift Options
We take every step to package our products securely. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we also offer a gift-wrapping service for a fee of £50. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange this. In the rare event of packaging damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue for you quickly.

Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 28 days of delivery if they are unused, remain in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories. For hygiene reasons, massage chairs with pet hair or dirt cannot be returned. Return shipping costs apply for certain products. Massage Chairs incur a return fee of £150, while returns of body massagers and accessories are free. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved. Please allow up to five working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Customer-Arranged Shipping
If you prefer, you may arrange your own shipping provider. If you choose this option, responsibility for the goods transfers to you as soon as the order is released from Zerava. This means that any loss, damage, customs issues, or additional costs during transit will be your responsibility.

Please note: For our Hyperbaric Chambers and Red Light Therapy products, shipping, VAT, and any customs fees are calculated individually. Delivery costs are kindly covered by the customer, and we’ll always confirm the details with you before shipping.
