Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, returns of massage chairs with pet hair, dirt, or signs of use will not be accepted.

To activate your warranty, please register within one month of receiving your product.

all mechanical and electrical parts, including labour costs — you won't pay anything for qualifying repairs during this period.
3 months, Zerava may replace the product with a similar model.
no fault is found after inspection, a £99 call-out charge will apply.
