For hygiene reasons, returns of massage chairs with pet hair, dirt, or signs of use will not be accepted.

Zerava Warranty Policy
At Zerava, we’re confident that your new massage chair or wellness system will bring you years of comfort, relaxation, and reliable performance. Every product we supply is built to last, and we proudly stand behind its quality.
This Limited Warranty is our commitment to your peace of mind. Please read the full terms below to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Warranty Coverage
All massage chairs for home use include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty covering mechanical and electrical parts, as well as labour costs for qualifying repairs.
Other Zerava wellness products (including chambers, sunbeds, and related equipment) are also covered by a 3-year limited warranty against material defects in workmanship and manufacturing under normal, intended use.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, Zerava may, at its discretion:
Repair the faulty component at no cost, using replacement parts, or;
Replace the product (or part) with a unit of equal or equivalent value.
If a defect is reported within the first 3 months, Zerava may choose to replace the unit entirely.
2. Warranty Activation
To activate your warranty:
You must register your product within 1 month of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
3. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., Velcro, zippers, fabric or leather scuffs/tears from misuse).
Cosmetic issues such as minor scratches, discoloration, or marks that do not affect functionality.
Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications/repairs.
Use in a commercial, institutional, or corporate setting (unless otherwise stated in writing).
Electrical faults due to incorrect power supply, surges, or environmental damage (fire, flood, earthquake, rust, sand, dirt, windstorm, etc.).
Transportation, shipping, or return handling damages.
Dropped or damaged remote controls and accessories caused by misuse.
Products purchased from unauthorised dealers.
⚠️ If no fault is found after inspection, a £99 call-out charge will apply.
